The world's leading Genomics bioinformatics solution provider and offers a range of workstation and server solutions to suit different bioinformatics needs and budgets.

DNA Workbench
DNA Workbench enables users to make a large number of advanced DNA sequence analyses. It provides smooth data management, excellent graphical viewing and output options for storage and publications. Importing sequencing and vector data from a variety of sources, including Vector NTI, is simple.

Visit the CLC bio DNA Workbench for more details.

Main Workbench
Main workbench combines the capabilities of the DNA workbench with additional tools for advanced RNA, and protein sequence analyses, as well as gene expression analysis.

Visit the CLC bio Main Workbench for more details.

Genomics Workbench
Genomics Workbench takes all of the facilities included in the Main Workbench and extends it for analyzing and visualizing Next Generation Sequencing data. It incorporates cutting-edge technology and algorithms, while also supporting and integrating with the rest of your typical NGS workflow including reference and denovo assembly, CHIP-Seq and RNA Seq applications.

Visit the CLC bio Genomics Workbench for more details.

Assembly Cell
Assembly Cell allows all of the facilities provided in the Genomics workbench to be called by command line scripts. This allows the novel algorithms to be easily incorporated into existing workflows and pipelines used by bioinformatics facilities.

Visit the CLC bio Assembly Cell for more details.

Genomics Server
For larger groups CLCBio offers the Genomics Server. The Genomics server can centralise all data storage across a group of users and the server hardware can share the processing load.

Visit the CLC bio Genomics Server for more details.

Bioinformatics Cell
The Bioinformatics Cell provides command line driven versions of all the accelerated CLCBio bioinformatics algorithms such as BLAST, Smith Waterman and HMMER.

Visit the CLC bio Bioinformatics Cell for more details.

All the desktop programs are cross platform and available to run on Windows, Mac OS X, and Linux based workstation and servers.
