Many of our customers own mass spectrometers from different vendors where data is generated by different software. As raw spectra files from these different instruments are of a proprietary design they are not directly interchangeable. If you have files that you would like to compare or convert into the standard formats (mzxml, mzdata, mzML) or have files that cannot be read any longer, please contact us.
